By using Starmoon Compass you agree to these terms. Please read them, especially the part about what this service is, and is not.
Entertainment only
Starmoon Compass is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant life decisions.
Eligibility
Starmoon Compass is intended for adults. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to use the service or to provide someone else's birth details for a reading. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
No guarantees
Astrology and BaZi are not predictive sciences. We make no claim that any reading is accurate or that any outcome will occur. Use the guidance as a mirror for reflection, never as a verdict.
Payments
A full reading, Action Plan, and Compass subscription are billed through Stripe. Readings are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment. See our refund policy below for when a refund is available.
Refunds & Purchase Protection
Your reading is personalized digital content, generated and delivered immediately after payment. Once it has been successfully generated and made available to you, purchases are generally non-refundable — changing your mind, or disliking an interpretation, isn't grounds for an automatic refund. We do fix or refund real problems: duplicate charges; a reading that fails to generate; content you can't access after paying; a technical fault we can't resolve after you contact support; a reading generated from birth details our system recorded incorrectly; delivery materially different from what the purchase page described; and anything else the law requires. Refunds return to your original payment method through Stripe and can take several business days to post. Please contact us before filing a card chargeback — a chargeback filed without contacting us first may result in your account being suspended while we look into it. The free mini reading, group forecast emails, and previews are free and have nothing to refund.
Subscriptions and cancellation
The Compass subscription bills monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then, with no prorated refund for the unused portion. We don't refund renewal payments; cancel before your renewal date if you don't want to be charged again. If you believe you were billed in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled — contact us promptly and we'll fix it or refund the affected charge.
Acceptable use
Please use the service for yourself and people who've consented to a reading. Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform, and don't create multiple accounts to work around the limits in this policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
